Why should I store my personal belongings with you?
Happy Happy Self Storage has 15 different unit sizes with a price to fit your needs including basic, heated and cooled (climate-controlled) units and exterior drive up storage. We keep our paved lot, grounds and units clean and well-maintained.

What security features do you have?
We use 14 HD cameras to record multiple areas of the property and keep track of who has come in and who exits. All interior units are protected by a coded access door system. Our grounds are lit at night for added security.

When can I get into my storage unit?
Normal door access hours are from 6a to 10p every day of the year. Exterior units are accessible 24 hour per day.

Do I need my access code to enter the facility?
Yes. The access code will be given to you at the time of rental. Keep this code to your self. For the safety and security of our customers, don’t allow others to enter the facility. Each unit has its own unique code.

Why doesn’t my door code work?
If you are 15 days late on you rent, your code will be blocked and access denied. If you forgot your code, please refer to the email you received when you first rented the unit or sign in to your online account

Why is there a second lock on my unit door?
If your payment is 15 days past due, the management will overlock your unit. The lock will be removed only after you have made your account current.

Can my business rent space from you?
Yes! Happy Happy Self Storage understands that many businesses have special storage needs and we are ready to help in any way possible. Contact us about customizing a space for you.

Can I store my RV, boat, car or motorcycle?
Our facility offers large, exterior access spaces that can be used to store your RV, boat, car or motorcycle.

What is an “exterior drive-up” unit?
This means that the storage unit door is directly accessed from the outside. These units give customers the ability to drive their car right up to the space, park in front of it and then unload your belongings directly from your vehicle to your storage space.

What is climate-control?
We feature climate-controlled storage spaces at our facility. Climate-control means your storage unit is located in a building that is heated in winter and cooled in summer. With temperature settings ranging from 50-80 degrees, depending on the season, these spaces are ideal for antiques, electronics and furniture among other uses.

What size of storage unit do I need?
The size you need varies depending on your individual belongings. You can check out our sizing guide for general guidelines or call and speak with one of our friendly knowledgeable site managers who can help you determine the size and price to best fit your needs.

What are heated and cooled units?
Our heated and cooled units are an inside unit where we control the temperature between 50-80 degrees year-round. Units are entered through an interior hallway.

What do you store in heated and cooled units?
Heated and cooled units are ideal for antiques, fine furnishings, books and documents, pianos, etc. There is also less humidity in the heated and cooled units. It's more like storing your personal belongings in a spare room in your house rather than the garage.

Do I need to provide my own lock?
Happy Happy Self Storage will provide a sealed, tamper-resistant disc lock with 2 keys for $10. You will be the only person with a key to your storage unit. You may use your own lock as long as it is strong enough to deter theft (no toy locks, luggage locks or zip-ties).

Do I need to sign a lengthy contract?
When you first rent the unit, you will pay a prorated first month and the first full month after. After that you pay month-to-month. The rental agreement auto renews on the first of the month unless you contact us in writing at least 10 days prior to first of the month.

Do you offer insurance?
No, you will need to provide your own insurance coverage for your items.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover and debit cards. We can automatically debit a checking or savings account each month. We can also automatically bill a credit or debit card each month at no additional charge.

Can I be billed automatically each month?
Yes, we can automatically debit your checking or savings account or bill your credit card each month so you never need to worry about missing a payment. We can also send you an email to remind you your payment is coming due.

Can I pay my storage online?
Yes! Just sign in to your online account. First time users will need to setup a secure, online account. We accept ACH (direct withdraw from checking or savings account) or credit card payments (Visa, Discover, and Mastercard).

What if I don't want to pay online? Do you accept cash or checks?
You may leave payment in the drop box near the facility office door.

Is your site located in the flood zone?
